Summary of this initiative and terms.
Introduction
This business initiative is for young persons who want to secure a place in the business world but do not have the capacity to do so on their own. People who want to benefit from opportunistic business profit without having to be active in the day-to-day running. The business environment in Nigeria is a very harsh one and most businesses thrive on 'man-know-man' as a result, there is lack of professionalism and continuity. Young persons therefore find it very difficult to setup and grow their business. Partnership is one option and probable the most viable option. This is evident from the constant public offers even from big businesses in Nigeria.
Initiator
Ekiyor, Lewis Prince: I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur and have done all my best trying to achieve this alone. I setup an IT firm, joined contributions in my office with colleagues to raise funds to grow my business but this doesn't generate the kind of money required for a good break into the market. I have also along with friends pioneered the setup and registration of a co-operative society. This is also plagued by lack serious minded people so I have finally decided to do this online but with people who have passion. I am currently a permanent employee of an engineering company in the UK but my vision and dream will probably come through if I can find like minded persons to birth this idea.
What we need:
We need 5000 persons who are willing to invest a paltry sum of ten thousand naira (10,000NGN). This money will then be used to purchase an existing business/company in Nigeria or setup a new business.
Expectation:
We anticipate a massive profit from the revolutionary ideas already in place and from suggestions.
How:
The final decision of the proposed business will be done by membership vote. All members will have one equal share. Interested persons should complete the form below submitting your contact and any suggestions. When the number is complete, an email will be sent to all members asking for payment of an immediate amount of 10,000NGN. Upon payment, decision will then be taken collectively and profit and losses will be shared equally from then on.
Submitting this form is show of agreement which will affect our plans and must be taken seriously.
Note:
Any attempt to buy more than one share under any disguise will lead to disqualification of that member (Man and wife can buy separately. This opportunity is available to over 18yrs only).

To prevent loss of time, specific business options have been picked upfront. Further suggestions will be considered but may not be accepted as the number of shareholders will be large and we do not intend to spend much time at the earlier stage but as mentioned earlier quality proposals will be given adequate consideration.
