Why should I get involved ?

This initiative is for young persons from any country who is interested in entreprenuership or persons who intend to make passive investments in other to benefit from the added advantage of economies of scales. As an individual, you can not make a significant profit from just buying shares in most companies. So this initiative is to get such persons, who will put their resources together and tap from their different skills to ensure better profit in a shorter time. There is a risk which all members will bear. This is the reason for all members having equal voting right.

How much will it cost?

It will cost you Ten thousand Naira (10,000NGN). Each person is entitled to just one stake. This entitles you to one vote on critical investment decisions. Your can fill a form for your wife/spouse and this will be accepted.

How much will be raised ?

A total of Fifty million Naira is expected to be raised if we get the planned 5000 commitments and if all committed members make their payment when required. This huge amount if raised will give us leverage to buy or acquire an existing buiness and turn it around while ensuring that the risk is low on all members.

When & How do I make payment.. ?

Payment will only be made when the numbers required have committed. The deadline is set for 21st December, 2007. When the numbers are complete, you will receive an email giving you further information. The email will be sent from the same email which will be used to acknowledge receipt of your committment form. The mode of collection will be made known to everybody using this email. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OTHER EMAIL REQUEST SO THAT WE DO NOT FALL INTO THE HANDS OF FRAUDSTERS.
Remember decisions will be taken collectively by all members once we have achieved the plan number of committed persons.
